Refund policy

Replacement Policy:

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be processed once we have checked and determined the damaged at our end. This should be reported within 1-2 days of receipt of the products.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation is only possible via E-mail to or WhatsApp to before order processing begins. Once processing starts, cancellations cannot be accommodated.

 

Return - Refund Policy:

We follow a strict no-return policy. Once the package has been delivered it cannot be returned, and the amount paid will not be refunded.
